Bay Cove Human Services is a private, not-for-profit corporation that provides a wide variety of services to individuals and their families who face the life-long challenges of developmental disabilities, aging, mental illness and drug and alcohol addiction. We began providing effective and compassionate services in 1959 with the founding of Center Club. Bay Cove's 1,400 highly trained employees serve more than 14,000 individuals and their families each year at more than 100 different program sites throughout Greater Boston and southeastern Massachusetts.

STEP Inc. is a non-profit 501 C-3 organization, offering free on demand (drop-in) services in English and Spanish. Services include addiction recovery, substance and alcohol abuse counseling (individual and group), crisis intervention, case management, advocacy, violence intervention and prevention (anger management), reintegration and aftercare.
