The L.I.F.T. Women's Resource Center, started in October of 1992 as a result of mission work of women concerned with women in the community. It provides a life skills workshop series called the Positive Change Project to women in substance abuse recovery programs, living in domestic violence shelters and/or living in homeless shelters.
